Once your quote is approved, your place in my design calendar is secured with a deposit. You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to begin—your timeline, your design space, and your first set of questions to help shape the creative direction. This is where it starts to feel real.

Through your responses, inspiration, and conversation, I begin to build a visual direction that reflects you both—your energy, your style, and the atmosphere you want to create. From here, the design begins to take shape.

Your stationery suite comes to life through considered rounds of design and refinement. We move thoughtfully through each piece, making sure every detail feels aligned and intentional. This is a collaborative stage where your feedback is always part of the process.

Once everything feels right, final proofs are prepared for approval. After your sign-off, your suite moves into production using carefully selected papers and print methods that suit your design. This is where it becomes something you can hold.

Each order is carefully checked, assembled, and packaged with care before being sent to you. From invitations to day-of details, everything arrives ready to become part of your celebration.

Your day-of stationery and other items like signs, paper fans, custom pizza boxes, etc follow a similar thoughtful process to your invitations, with its own dedicated design phase and up to two rounds of refinements and proofs.

Design typically begins two to three months before your wedding day, allowing plenty of time to perfect every detail and ensure everything is beautifully in place for your celebration.
